EXPERIENCED AND CUSTOMER FOCUSED. LEARN MORE ABOUT ME.
I immigrated to Canada from Odessa, Ukraine in 1994 with my wife and two year old daughter. As most immigrants I started off working two full-time positions to support my family, at Pizza-Pizza as well as Zellers. In 1996, I happened to have purchased a vehicle from recently opened Richmond Hill Toyota and was right away offered a sales position due to my automotive mechanical engineering background and strong negotiation skills.
Since my first month at Richmond Hill Toyota, I became the top sales person at our dealership, eventually in the province, and now in the entire country selling over 300 new and used vehicles a year.
I owe a lot of my success to the dedication that I have to my customers in ensuring they get the best price in the city, as well as the best customer service. My Toyota CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) is one of the highest in the country, nearing 100%. I am also proud to say that the number of customers that come back to me for repeat business is one of the highest in the industry.
Although my success grew due to my involvement in the Russian speaking community, word quickly spread of my dedication to customers leading me to be the number one sales person of choice for all of those in the market for a new or used vehicle.
If you are in need of a new or used vehicle - not limited to Toyota - please do not hesitate to contact me, and I will be sure to get you the best deal in town.

I purchased a car from Igor Sapojnikov and I don't think I've ever had a better salesman. it wasn't because the gave me a good deal or anything but it was because this guy knew his stuff.
